Plastic nappies brought in from parents will be returned home and any child arriving at the nursery in plastic nappies will be changed into a cloth one at the first nappy change. This bold move supports the Tops ethos of being as eco-sustainable as possible.<\/p>\n<p>As GECCO news subscribers know, Tops MD Cheryl Hadland has for some time encouraged the behavioural change from disposable to reusable nappies through her <a href=\"https:\/\/gecco.org.uk\/blog\/real-nappy-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Real Nappy Campaign<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2594 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/gecco.org.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/BioVation-logo-300x118.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"262\" height=\"103\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gecco.org.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/BioVation-logo-300x118.png 300w, https:\/\/gecco.org.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/BioVation-logo.png 357w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 262px) 100vw, 262px\" \/>To wash the nappies, Little Lancing will be using BioVation\u2019s latest product, Nappy BioWash. Nappy BioWash is a biological cleaning solution, which eliminates the risk of cross-contamination without soaking, allowing nappies from different babies to be washed at once.
