GECCO founder Cheryl Hadland was one of a number of local businesses speaking at the SOBO Wastebusters ‘Businesses Making A Difference’ event in Southbourne, Bournemouth on 30th April.
Cheryl was sharing news of the Real Nappies Campaign, and how she has implemented other plastic-reducing policies across all 30 Tops Day Nurseries. It was great to meet fellow local business owners and hear how they have put sustainability practices in place, and we’re looking forward to collaborating!
SOBO Wastebusters is a group of the natural world concerned folks based in Southbourne who want to make a practical contribution to current climate challenges, and are working with local people, groups and businesses to make the area more sustainable.
